Another little book of brilliance from Matthew Johnstone! This book acts as a beginner's guide to stilling the mind and lapsing into meditation. The beautiful illustrations, muted colours and limited text helped to hone my thoughts and focus on the task at hand. Each page had controlling your brea...

Beautiful little book, eminently readable and lookable. Only wish it had been the book that finally tipped me into giving meditation a try.

In line with Johnstone's desire for this to be a beginner-friendly guid...

This is an excellent introduction into meditation and its value and is clear and easy to follow without being preachy, overly complicated or putting too much pressure on the reader to use the techniques frequently. It is very much a guide that allows the user to adapt the basic techniques to suit...

Great read at the moment as I am studying picture books and am a little bit busy with uni and work. I already meditate every morning and this book is a nice reminder of the why. I shared it with a friend today who would like to start meditating. She read it in her lunch break and said she would s...
