Not anything new here - watch what you eat and get some exercise. Coookbook repeats aspects of her "program" along with additional recipes. I really liked a lot of the breakfast recipes in this book! They look super yummy and nutritious! A lot of the dinner ones seemed slightly repetitive, but still looked good. Lots of fish recipes. Overall good stuff, but not sure if I will use them every day.
