Available February from Hay Publishing.
Thanks to the authors for the copy via netgalley.
Ok so the first thing to say is, I’m not a fan of “self help” books. I’ve always found any that I have dipped into rather preachy and smug as if to say “well if you would only do THIS your life would be fantas...

Everyone needs a champion. Louise Hay is that champion. Her language makes you realize how important it is to really give up negative feelings and focus on yourself first.

Must read for anyone dealing with grief and heartache. After reading this, the sadness is lighter and more manageable. I also realized I had a lot of unprocessed grief that needed to come to the surface. Decades old grief and loss. Thankful to have found this book in dark times. 🙏🏾
