I keep saying how wonderful these books are but it's true. I've been trying so long to find lore on the Sabbats and these give it to me. They show the old ways Pagans held their Sabbats and then how we do it today. Get this book and you'll learn something new.

I think this is my favorite of the books in this series I have read so far. Due to the nature of the holiday, it focuses on Lughnasadh as well as Lammas, with good ideas for celebrating and honoring either or both. The Lore part of the book was interesting, but I didn't really find it helpful in creating a Lughnasadh ritual. I wasn't bad, really, just not personally inspirational...a little too generic maybe?
