This cookbook really did meet and probably went above and beyond what I expected out of it. I suffer from a mild case of Crohn's and finding food that is not upsetting can be hard when I am flaring. Bulletproof, I have come to find out is a sort of movement, way of thinking, way of life for many....

"Based on what evidence" was what I was thinking when I was reading the book. It could have done with lists of sources for his claims, some of which shows his lack of knowledge about certain subjects. GMO springs to mind immediately.
