I have mixed feelings about this book. I love to hear Joyce speak. That is her true gift. The problem I have with her books is that the are very repetitive, and have little detail on the "how". This book is no different.

I like Joyce Meyer because she is a no nonsense, straight forward woman who happens to preach the gospel. While spiritually, I don't always agree with her indoctrination, I find her message comforting and fulfilling.

Too much scripture and religion (skimmed the homiletic sections!) but the bullet points at the end of the chapters and the inspirational quotes were worth it to me as I am trying to be more positive and optimistic in this present world. It is really hard work as this author says.
