Gorgeous photographs in this great vegan cookbook. All the recipes are made with easy-to-find ingredients and they are simple enough for a beginner to follow. Some of the lunches would have to be made ahead to be so-called "on the go", but they'd definitely be perfect for a casual, healthy dinne...

Lots of sweet breakfasts; not too many savory ones. Lunch recipes look good, but not really suited for take-to-work lunches. Would be ok for dinners at home when there's time to cook. Really beautiful photos.
