I've had a thing about Mad Magazine for years. I remember the days when their was a UK version of Mad. Over the years I've kept getting it, and although in the old days some of the political stuff went over my head, nowadays in the age of the internet, it makes a lot more sense.

The book shows examples from the many rip offs of MAD magazine... and it really shows why most of those copycats went down after a very few issues! Some artists are well known, but the texts themselves are rather poor, even without comparison to Harvey Kurtzman's, or any of the writers in the lat...
